Land to Homes is a new business. We have no developments, listings or reservations open, and we will not ask you for a deposit to register interest.
Rules for each nation
Buying is different in each nation, from missives in Scotland to Land Transaction Tax in Wales. We point you to the rules that apply where you want to live.

Tell us your preferred area, budget range, type of home and timing. Registering is free, commits you to nothing and you can ask to be removed at any time.
New-build warranties explained
Most mortgage lenders expect a new home to carry a recognised structural warranty. We explain what warranties cover, and what they do not, in plain terms.
Planning in Lincolnshire: the English rules
If you rent privately in Lincolnshire, the Renters' Rights Act 2025 now shapes your tenancy: most tenancies run from one rent period to the next, rent can usually only be raised once a year through a formal process, and no-fault evictions have ended. Affordable options in England include Social Rent, Affordable Rent at up to 80% of market rent, and shared ownership. Land to Homes plans homes for sale and rent, and you can register interest now.
In England, buyers usually pay Stamp Duty Land Tax and the purchase is registered with HM Land Registry. Many developers register with the New Homes Quality Board and follow its code. New homes must meet the Building Regulations, and estates often carry management charges where roads or open space are not adopted, so check these before reserving.

Your questions answered for Lincolnshire
Can I buy a new home through shared ownership?
Shared ownership and other affordable home ownership routes are usually provided by housing associations and other registered providers, sometimes on homes built by developers. Eligibility and the share you can buy are set by the provider and the scheme rules, not by us. If affordable homes form part of a site we bring forward, we will tell you who to contact.
Does Land to Homes have any new homes for sale?
Not yet. Land to Homes is a new venture and has no homes, developments or plots for sale or reservation at the moment. You can register interest with the area and type of home you want, and we will contact you if we bring forward homes that match. We never ask for a deposit to register interest.
What is a new-build warranty?
It is an insurance-backed policy covering certain defects in a newly built home for a set period after completion. Typically the builder must put right most defects in the early part of the cover, and the warranty provider covers major structural problems later. Most mortgage lenders require a recognised warranty or a professional consultant's certificate before lending on a new home.
What should I check before reserving a new-build home?
Check the specification and what is included, the tenure and any lease terms, estate or service charges for roads and open space, the warranty and who provides it, and the reservation terms. Ask whether the developer is registered with the New Homes Quality Board. Instruct your own solicitor early, and visit the site if you can.
Can I register for new homes in Lincolnshire?
Yes. Registering for Lincolnshire is free and does not commit you to anything. There are no homes available yet; if we bring homes forward in or near Lincolnshire, we will contact you.
