About Land to Homes

Land to Homes brings land, planning and construction under one roof, so the people who own land and the people who need homes are dealing with one accountable business.

Land to Homes is the land and new-homes business of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, part of the S&K Group. The group is a construction and property group based in Great Barr, Birmingham, with businesses in glazing, building supplies and property improvement.

We started Land to Homes in 2026 to do one thing well: take land from a landowner's first question to finished homes. We buy land, partner with landowners through options, promotion agreements and joint ventures, run planning and design, and build homes for sale, for rent and for affordable and social housing.

We work across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. The four nations have different planning systems, conveyancing rules and land taxes, and we set up every deal for the rules where the land sits.

We say what we can do and what we cannot. We do not guarantee planning permission, we do not publish reviews we cannot evidence, and we do not claim accreditations we do not hold. When verified reviews and completed schemes exist, you will find them here.
