No offer or invitation to invest

Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation or inducement to invest, to buy or sell any investment, or to enter into any investment activity. We do not accept deposits or investment money from the public. Any funding arrangement is agreed privately with professional parties who take their own advice.

Land deals and appraisals

Site appraisals, indicative capacity figures and any comments on routes or value are not offers, valuations or guarantees. Any offer, option, promotion or joint venture is subject to survey, title, due diligence and a signed legal agreement. Where we say we will pay a landowner's reasonable legal fees on option and promotion agreements, the amount is agreed in writing in the heads of terms. No one can guarantee planning permission.

New homes

Registering your interest does not reserve a home or create any obligation on either side. Specifications, tenures and availability are confirmed only in a reservation or tenancy agreement.

Liability

Law
